Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the supply of branded workwear, uniforms, printing and embroidery by Net-workwear. Please read them before placing an order — by placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are
Net-workwear ("we", "us", "our") supplies custom printed and embroidered workwear from Harrogate, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@net-workwear.co.uk or 01423 866609. Full company and VAT registration details are available on request and are shown on every invoice.
2. These terms
These terms apply to every quotation, order and contract between us unless we agree something different in writing. If you order as a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. Where you order as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
3. Placing an order
- Our minimum order is 6 garments per order.
- A quotation or online basket is an invitation to treat, not an offer. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email or take payment.
- We may decline an order — for example where artwork is unlawful, infringing or offensive, where stock is unavailable, or where a pricing error is obvious.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of sizes, quantities, colours, garment codes, spellings and names supplied to us.
4. Artwork, logos and approval
- By uploading a logo or artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you indemnify us against any third-party intellectual property claim arising from its reproduction.
- Digitising for embroidery is provided free of charge. We retain the digitised embroidery file so repeat orders match; you may request a copy of your own artwork at any time.
- We may send a digital visual for approval. Once you approve a visual, it is the specification we produce to — we are not responsible for errors carried through from an approved proof.
- Print and embroidery positions, thread and ink colours are matched as closely as reasonably possible. Slight variation in position (typically up to 10mm), colour and garment shade between batches is normal and is not a defect.
- We may photograph finished work for our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
5. Prices, VAT and payment
- Prices are shown exclusive of VAT where labelled, with VAT at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%) added and shown before you pay.
- Children's garments and certain items may be zero-rated where HMRC rules allow; the correct rate is applied at checkout.
- Payment is taken in full at checkout unless a credit account has been agreed in writing. Approved trade accounts are payable within the terms shown on the invoice.
- Late payment on account may incur statutory interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
6. Price match guarantee
Where we advertise a price match, it applies to a like-for-like written quotation or invoice from a UK supplier for the same garment codes, quantities, decoration method and logo positions, dated within 30 days. It excludes clearance, auction, marketplace and member-only pricing. We may decline a match where we cannot verify the quotation or where it would take the order below cost.
7. Delivery
- We deliver to mainland UK addresses only. Delivery is free of charge.
- Lead times quoted are estimates from artwork approval and cleared payment, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, stock shortages at our garment suppliers, or events outside our reasonable control.
- Risk passes to you on delivery. Please check the goods on arrival and tell us about shortages or damage within 3 working days.
8. Cancellations, returns and faults
- Personalised goods. Printed and embroidered garments are made to your specification. Once production has started they cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless faulty or not as described. This exclusion applies to consumers under regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Before production. If you contact us before we begin decoration we will cancel or amend the order where we can, less any costs already incurred.
- Plain stock. Undecorated garments may be returned unworn, unwashed and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Faults. If goods are faulty, misprinted or not as ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We will reprint, replace or refund the affected items at our option. Our liability for a defective order will not exceed reprinting or refunding that order.
- Wear-and-tear, incorrect washing (always follow the garment care label — wash inside out, do not iron directly onto print) and damage from misuse are not defects.
9. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and for business customers only, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of contracts, loss of business or any indirect or consequential loss.
10. Garment specification and safety clothing
Garment specifications, certifications and conformity information are provided by the manufacturer. Where hi-vis or protective garments are supplied, decoration can affect certification; it is your responsibility to confirm the finished garment is suitable for your intended use and risk assessment.
11. Complaints and governing law
Please raise any complaint with info@net-workwear.co.uk and we will respond within 5 working days. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when your order is confirmed.
