Embroidered workwear FAQs
Is embroidery better than printing for workwear?
For uniforms worn and washed daily — polos, fleeces, jackets — embroidery lasts significantly longer and looks more professional. Printing is better for large, colourful or photographic designs, and for lightweight tees where stitching would feel heavy.
What's the minimum order for embroidered workwear?
Six garments. You can mix sizes and, in most cases, mix garment types across the same logo within that order.
Do you charge a setup fee for embroidery?
Your logo needs digitising once into a stitch file. After that first setup, every reorder uses the same file at no extra setup cost.
What file do you need for my logo?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is ideal. We can work from a high-resolution PNG or JPG too — send what you have and we'll advise.
Can you embroider garments I already own?
In many cases yes. Send us details of the garments and quantity and we'll confirm before you ship anything to us.
How long does embroidered workwear take?
Typically around 5–7 working days from proof approval, depending on quantity and stock. Tell us your deadline and we'll confirm up front.
